Two Year Replacement Warranty

 

Plug by Must52 warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original consumer purchase.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, please contact us so we can determine the best way to proceed for a repair or replacement.

Please keep your original sales receipt as proof of purchase to honour the warranty.

 The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, modification, or lack of proper maintenance of the appliance. Regular and proper maintenance, including cleaning of filters and components as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the appliance, is essential to ensure proper operation. Any damage or malfunction resulting from insufficient maintenance or lack of cleanliness will not be covered under the warranty.
